Welcome to the Michigan Babe Ruth League website.  I am really excited to have the new Babe Ruth website and to have the ability to have League, State and Regional sites all look, feel and work the same.  I highly recommend each league change over to the Babe Ruth website.  Cost is the same or less as charged by hosts like Eteamz, but the consistency between League, State and Regional websites will make using all of them easier. 

I will be publishing all information that you and your managers, coaches and parents need going through the season here on the website.  This will include all information transmitted to me by Babe Ruth League relevant to day to day operations, rules interpretations and all information regarding tournament dates, locations, eligibility requirements and all the information that I normally send each season by email.  As information is added to the website I will send a broadcast email updating the league presidents.  This will assist everyone in the communication process.  My standard response to phone messages and emails this year will be, "Please check the Website."

This website should also be an information sharing vehicle for all the leagues.  Please advise me of any ideas or information that your league is interested in getting onto the website and we will help you post it if appropriate.   Since Brandywine and Howard are hosting the four Ripken tournaments this year, it would be especially nice to get some pics posted from the Regionals they hosted last season.  That way parents of children who have never been there can see what great sites these two parks are.   

It would also be great if Saginaw Valley had any pics to post from last year's Regional Championship and last year's World Series.
